Horsleys International Ltd, supplier of hygiene, cleaning and care essentials for airlines and aircraft, has moved from rural Aldermaston in Berkshire to a new office at Aviation Business Park in Christchurch, Dorset, adjacent to Bournemouth Airport.
Aviation Business Park is Bournemouth's biggest and fastest-growing industrial zone spanning 200 acres or buildings and warehouses. Like Bournemouth Airport itself, the business park is owned and managed by Manchester Airports Group Plc (MAG), Britain's largest UK-owned airport operator. So it's a fitting location for Horsleys, a long-established specialist airline business in a fresh phase of growth following its acquisition by a new management team in 2015.
"This is a vitally important move for Horsleys," comments Horsleys Managing Director Nick Carnall. "With a range of new hygiene products coming to the airline market and an expanding business, we needed new premises that would put Horsleys right at the centre of the airline industry on the South Coast. Bournemouth Airport offers exactly that. It's a busy and enterprising centre for a very exciting global industry and we're delighted to be a part of it."
As a result of the move, Horsleys customers have bid a reluctant goodbye to longstanding Office Administrator Elaine Feltham, who will be greatly missed.
